The “Peace and Justice” ministry strives to be a herald like the prophets of Old. In promoting and bringing together under one umbrella various ministries here at Saint Patrick’s parish, that are related to Peace and Justice.

These ministries carry out the Gospel’s call to love God, our neighbors and all of God’s creations. Jesus calls all of us to be Christian witnesses by acting upon our faith to promote social justice.

The ministries provide us, as Catholics, with a variety of opportunities to live out God’s call for all people to support justice and peace throughout the world. The objective is to promote respect for human life and dignity. In varying ways, these ministries assist Catholics in knowing their faith and addressing issues of poverty, faithful citizenship and human rights on a local, national and international level.
